What equipment do I need to bring for tennis lessons?
For beginners, we recommend bringing a tennis racket, comfortable athletic attire, and a pair of non-marking tennis shoes. If you don’t have a racket, don’t worry! We can provide one for you during your lesson. It’s also a good idea to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during training sessions.
How often should I practice to see improvement in my tennis skills?
- Improvement in tennis skills typically comes with regular practice and consistency. For beginners, we suggest aiming for at least two to three sessions per week to build fundamental techniques and muscle memory. As you progress, increasing the frequency of practice can lead to more rapid improvement. However, it’s essential to balance practice with rest to prevent overuse injuries and allow your body to recover effectively.
