By enrolling in or attending any lesson, program, or event hosted by MTA, you acknowledge and accept that participation in physical sports involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, muscle strains, or accidents.
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage, and agree to waive all claims against MTA, its coaches, directors, affiliates, and facility partners, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

• MTA staff are not responsible for supervision outside official class times.

6. Payment Policy
• All program and lesson fees must be paid in full at the time of booking through approved payment methods on our website.
• Payments are non-refundable except where MTA cancels a session or program in full.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for participant absence, illness, late arrival, or schedule conflicts.
• MTA reserves the right to suspend or cancel participation for unpaid or disputed accounts.

7. Cancellations, Weather, and Rescheduling
• Outdoor sessions may be cancelled or delayed due to weather or unsafe court conditions.
• MTA will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of cancellations in advance and may offer a make-up session or credit at its sole discretion.
• MTA reserves the right to modify or reschedule any session without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants and parents/guardians must maintain respectful and sportsmanlike behavior at all times.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful conduct toward staff, other players, or property may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MTA, its employees, coaches, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation or website use.

MTA’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.
